Since our products are custom-made according to the customer's , we generally do not accept returns.

However, we will provide a replacement in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong plate is sent
• Manufacturing defects

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos of the issue.

Our team will review the request and arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
